When it comes to teacher evaluations, is it MSU policy to have the teacher leave the room and the students to pick them up and deliver them to the main office, or does each department have an individual policy?
I just finished a final exam, and the teacher had us fill them out while finishing our test, and hand them both in to her at once. She looked down at my evaluation, and demanded to know why I hadn't written additional comments, b/c she had been waiting to hear just what I had to say about her. This teacher (technically a TA) and I have been having a lot of problems this semester. There is an actual professor who is technically supposed to teach the class, but he has only been to class once the whole term, and he just sat in the back and watched the TA teach. I'm debating whether I should report the whole evaluation thing to him or not. Does anyone know anything about this stuff?
